The group that I am working with is asking if all of the text on the form can show up on the response along with the answers.

    AAUW Scholarship Application

For example;  The response starts with Full Name and the qualification information does not appear.

The last question only shows "Written statement of no more than 500 words" and not the rest of the question.

    Hi,

I have cloned your form and I can see that you have opted to state your questions as HTML texts. You can still get them displayed at the email responses but doing it needs lots of efforts on the email body.

What I suggest you is to write your questions at the Question Text entry of your text boxes or text areas. Please see what I mean:

I guess you used HTML texts in order to make your questions to be styled in bold. However, you can do the same on question text entries as well. Please pay special attention to the HTML tag I used to make the text bold. Here is how it looks on the form:

The one at the top is the question text I used, the one at the bottom is the HTML text. They both look the same as you can see.

This way you can make the questions appear on email responses automatically for every answer you get. I hope you will find this helpful.

Please contact us again if you need any further assistance.
