I have many folders with various forms, many of them with thousands of submissions. For the past several weeks, our staff cannot get the forms to load properly and/or they will not submit. They get the "please wait" but nothing ever happens. We have cleared caches, used different browsers, changed back to Version 3 and still to no avail. We do not integrate the Jotforms onto a website, we are simply using the forms from jotform site themselves.

I cloned one of your recent forms titled Oasis Comparison and it looks like I am able to save the cloned form successfully. I also sent several test submissions and I was able to submit them without any issue.
Unfortunately I am unable to replicate the issue on my end. If you are referring to a different form/forms, please give us the link so we can check them as well. What device were you using when you encountered this issue? May I also ask you to please try submitting the form using a different internet connection and see if the issue persists there.

As I have sent in several help forms, it is with ALL my forms except for the coding template. It seems to be random by all my users…sometimes the same form saves, sometimes some of the widgets are blank or have frowny faces. I have sent in pictures as examples in the past. This started on the afternoon of December 22. Again, several users, several browsers, and several pages. They have cleared cache and history. It is inconsistent, and sometimes they will complete and submit and sometimes they will not.

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I did a test submission on your form Oasis Comparison but I was still not able to replicate the issue. I was able to load the form properly and submit it without encountering any issues.
I was able to check the other thread/concern you reported regarding the loading of Configurable list widgets in your form: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1017494. It seems the issue is happening intermittently and we cannot replicate it on our end. I will escalate this issue you are reporting to our development team so they can monitor this issue. We will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.
