    Hello,
    You should be able to find who you're billing by first and last name. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I don't use your site for anything and would like to stop being billed. If unable to do so then I will need to take the next steps to report a fraud claim with the Better Business Bureau.

    The only account that I could find related to one of your domains *@gene.com  is the username procurement (jmurphy@gene.com)

    If that is not the account, please provide us with the latest 4 digits of the credit card that is being charged, the date of the latest charge and also the email address where you get the notifications about these charges.

    You're being redirected to the login page since that is a private link, without login will not be possible to enter the thread, so at least a free account must be under the email address (junk.emailseeker@gmail.com). 

    Now, as I can see, from the reply you received on that thread, my colleague could only find 2 yearly subscriptions related to the 4 last digits  you provided and the email addresses for those accounts do not seem to be similar to the emails you provided. 

    We also found an account that might be related to you, though it has a yearly subscription, the username is pbjfamily, it is your account? 

    If not, I will request to search further using the 4 last digits you provided, we will let you know as soon as possible.
