    Why am I not receiving emails regarding submitted forms?

    We have had two people register for an event so far and pay through paypal but I have not received an email regarding those that registered and paid. I checked the email status and should be getting them.

     

    Can you please help.

    Hello Amanda,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you have received payment in your PayPal account but did not receive submission email for that submission?

    I did check our email logs and found that submission emails was sent successfully. Please cehck the logs below:

    If you have received the payment in your PayPal account but the submission still ended up in incomplete payment, that means most likely the IPN of your PayPal account is disabled. I would suggest you to please ensure that IPN is enabled in your PayPal account. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account
