Matrix field: Checked values are not reflecting in submission email

    Additionally, answers to the last question on the form doesn't show up when viewing submissions or when exporting the form as a PDF.  They only way we can see what the permission selected was by hitting "Edit" and then view in the edit window.

    I checked the matrix field that you were referring to and I was able to replicate this problem. Checked values are not reflecting in submission emails.

    I will forward this thread to our backend team for further checking.

    In the meantime you can set your fields to be radio buttons, that will work:
