How do I change the browser tab name of a survey?

I cloned a survey and created a new survey with a different topic from it and for some reason, the original name stayed with the survey in the tab on my browser but nowhere else. How do I change this so that the tab name does not create confusion?

I checked your form and I can see that the "Page Title" is showing properly. It is possible that you were able to resolved the issue by changing the Page Title in the Preferences wizard.
