Allow unique names to be fixed and not change with the label.

I think one your most poorly thought out features is how label and unique names are assigned. Frankly, I'd be ashamed of it.

If you do so much as edit a typo or reword a label, the unique name of a field will be changed breaking all webhooks, zapier integrations and any other integrations that rely on consistent data structure. Please tell me I'm missing something? If I'm not, stop re-assigning unique names based on label and allow the unique name to only change if the user manually changes it or upon initial generation.

You're correct, the field's Unique Name automatically changes with the label.

I've elevated your thread as a Feature Request and although I won't be able to give you any assurance nor timeframe, we'll keep you apprised on this same thread if/when there's an update.
