Adding a dollar sign to my calculated field

I followed the previous threads on how to add a dollar sign to a calculated field, but it doesn't appear.  Is there something else I am missing?

Are you referring to the field 'Balance Owing' in your form? I see that the calculation is being done using a condition on a text field. Please try replacing the text field with a Form calculation widget so that the $ sign should be displaying properly with the result.

As a side note, I see that you are having plain text fields on your form to collect Credit card information. Please be noted that it is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

We request you to remove these guilty fields from the form immediately to avoid any suspensions on your account.
