How can I transfer a website embedded jotform to another user account?

Hello,

I created and embedded the training program quick reservation form found at the URL below under my JotForm account for a department I now no longer work in.  Is it possible to have the form transferred over to a new JotForm user account for continued maintenance?  Is it also possible to do so without impacting the form currently embedded on our website and without losing the form submission history?  Have a great day and I look forward to hearing from you soon!

We can transfer the form to another account for you. Simply provide us with the username of the account that you want the form to be transferred into, and we will proceed accordingly. Transferring a form to another account should not have any impact to the embedded form on your website. The submissions will also remain with the form when we transfer it to the other account.
