I have been unable to delete the coupon field from the payment field.

    I delete it, see that changes have been saved.  However, when I preview it, it still shows up.  When I go back to build view it is there again.

    This is a known issue in the v4 of the Form Builder.

    What I suggest you do to fix it is to go back temporarily to the v3 of the Form Builder.

    And then redo the payment field configuration wizard and delete the Coupon Code on the Payment tool.  Save the form.

    You can then preview the form to check if the coupon code is now gone on the live/preview form.

    You can switch back to the Form Builder v4 afterwards.
