Email template not responsive on mobile.

Hi, good day to you jot support.

I've added custom html and bootstrap in my code in email section, and send a test mail to my account.

The custom html is sort of receipt, it works well on big screens but in mobile everything is ruined. Even I've inserted bootstrap. Now please help me fix the issue.

Please be noted that any scripts added to the forms/emails/thank you page will be truncated due to security reasons. And so the email format may not be looking good on the mobile browsers. Additionally, the length of the text in the form fields may also be affecting the responsiveness of the message. Could you try editing the email message from the email setup wizard itself using builtin message editor as per your requirement?
