    I think my billing information is incorrect.

    I paid for the Silver membership and it's listing me at Bronze as well as saying I'm scheduled for a downgrade on Feb 3.

    I want to make sure I'm signed up for the Silver package at $39 per month.

    Our apologies. Your bronze has been renewed on January 02, 2017 overriding your Silver monthly plan payment on December 22, 2016. The cancellation of the Bronze Plan was only made on January 06, 2016 and this is the downgrade notice that you receive. I have corrected this for you. You are now on the Silver Monthly plan.

    I am getting the same message that I am not subscribed to a plan and I'm out of space.  You've billed me for the silver plan and at the top of my screen everything says I'm out of space and need to upgrade.

    I've checked on this problem furthermore for you again and found that it looks like the previous subscription even though it was cancelled was still set to downgrade you but, I've corrected this for you now and you are now back on the Silver Plan. It should not be a problem now.
