Account Suspended

    Just started today.  Got a form to work.  Did another and now get error:

     

    Form Not Found

     

    Form Disabled.

     

    What's up?

    Hi there,

    Your account was suspended because your form http://www.jotform.us/form/70055939558164 is collecting credit card information.

    Please note that as per our terms of use, it is not allowed to collect sensitive information such as credit card information through JotForm. If you would like to collect payment from your customers, you may use any of our payment fields to secure the information of your customers.

    To reactivate your account, we will have to delete the guilty fields. Please confirm.
