Not receiving an email confirmation upon submission

Hi Jotform team,
I just created a form and perform many test however I have never received notification email about submission to my mailbox - support@sportmedia24.com
Can you please check?

I have submitted your form and according to our mail logs the confirmation message was successfully emailed.
Please try to submit your form to see if the issue is fixed.
