Can we upgrade to Silver at the year end sale price if we already have a Bronze subscription

I need to get this sorted out today.

I currently have a Bronze account. I signed up in November. Paid for 1 year in advance. $234

If I downgrade this account to FREE - do I get the 10 months unused refunded?

As you are offering a 50% deal is it not easier to upgrade my account to Silver FOC for the next 10 months?

Either that or I cancel my Bronze account. You then refund the unused 10 months = $195 and

I sign up for Silver for the next 12 months at $234. 

Please confirm what I should do.

I need to sort this today as this is the last day of the 50% offer. Although I have been trying

to get a definitive answer for the last week.

We can set you to Silver at the year end special rate.  You would be receive a pro-rated credit for the time you have remaining and be charged the remainder for Silver at the sale price.  Let us know if you would like for us to make the change and we will take care of it as soon as we can.
