Deleted form not in the Trash

    I accidentally deleted a form and it is not in the trash..

     

    Moderator invitation was the title

    I checked your account and it is a sub-user. I checked the trash of the Main user and there's no Moderator Invitation form. However, I found similar form name that is already in the My Forms page. See the image below:

    I also checked the purge history page and there's no Moderator Invitation that has been purge. If it has been purge there's no way to restore the form.
