Help with customizing the submissions PDF

I am trying to customize a PDF for one of my submissions for the following form:

    https://www.jotform.com//?formID=60395469624162

When I click on "customize PDF" it does not let me edit the PDF for the submission I want, but rather the most recent submission.  I do not see a way to change to the correct submission.  For example, I have opened the submission for CW, click on "customize PDF", and it opens up a PDF to edit for BL.

Also, some filled-in fields are not showing up for this form, and when I edit the submission some of the hidden fields do not show up as they are conditioned to do.  Help!

Finally, I changed the settings so that the email for the PDF shows empty fields, but when I tested it the empty fields did not show up.

    Please help! Thanks!

UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we have just released the new version of JotForm PDF Editor.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, with the current version of the PDF editor, you can't customize specific submission in. Changes in the PDF editor applies to all the submissions on the form you're working. The most recent submission is used as an example. So when you make changes to this submission, it will be automatically applied to all the existing submissions as well as the incoming ones when you download its PDF.

With regards to the conditional fields, I could not seem to reproduce the problem. Conditionally hidden fields and empty fields remain hidden on the PDF by default until I unchecked the following option in the submissions settings.

If it's not working in your form, I suggest you restore your PDF design into the default one. To do that, simply delete the PDF report in the form on your my forms page.

Then you can customize your PDF again. See if this is going to help.

    Thanks!
