    Does Jotform still integrate with MailChimp?

    The content from my forms setup to integrate with my mailchimp account are no longer working.  When I check mailchimp's support it only shows integration with jotform via Zaps.  I never used that before. Has something changed?

    Yes, we still integrate with MailChimp and I don't think our developers will consider of discontinuing the integration. I checked your form and it is still integrated with MailChimp. If it's not working, I would suggest redoing the integration. 

    If the form is also connected with Zapier, I would suggest removing the integration there and keep the one in the form. That way, no possible conflict will happen.

    I did not enable the zapier integration because I hadn't had to use that before. It was something I saw on the mailchimp end as I was trying to figure out why my integration is not working.  

    I have deleted and reset the integration and it still is not working.  The form I am referring to is our Chef Registration So You Think You Can Cook form.  I have a few other project to tackle today and will check if the other integrations I have setup are working.

    I have cloned your form and found that the integration works fine, do note that you should also check the settings of your integration, for example, the update existing contacts or send the user to MailChimp always too. 

    If the user does not subscribe to the MailChimp list he/she will not be added to the MailChimp list either:

    I created a new api submitted a test email and it is not showing up in my mail group on mail chimp.

    I do not use an opt in or welcome for this form as it is for one event only and not added to any lists to get any other emails from us.  If I were to add an opt-in they might think we were trying to use the event to spam them later and that is not the case.

    I integrated my test form with almost the same configuration as your form and it is working for me.

    In your test, please make sure to use valid and existing emails, otherwise, it would not be accepted by MailChimp.
