I added a Square payment option to a form I created to sell DVDs. I then tested the form myself and is successfully recorded my submission. It also successfully took $5 out of my bank account and transferred it to my Square account. I then went live with the online form on December 17th and it failed miserably with dozens of people trying to purchase using the form but it never let anyone do it. What went wrong?!Page URL:

I have checked your JotForm and see that Square payment is set to Test mode.
Please change the payment mode to Live from the Square integration wizard so that the payments should be successful. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
