Do the forms show JotForm on them?

I'm working on building a professional website and I'm looking for a way for clients to upload documents to send to the company (working with loans). I don't want anything on the site that says I'm using a particular service, like free websites do by saying, "Made with Wordpress," because I feel it won't make the website look as professional. I'm just wanting to make sure these forms will not say made with JotForm or anything like that.

Yes, there is a "Powered by JotForm" displayed right below the submit button: 

To remove this you will need to upgrade your account, you will be able to do it through the settings page on your account: 

This message at the bottom of the submit button is shown only when embedding a form.
