    Revision history isn't working

    when i go into the revision history and try to revert to a previous version it  says its completed but then displays that it is still on the current version.  

    also the revision history doesn't reflect the activity that was done...this can be cross checked by the activity logged under the account details.

    All my email notifications have been deleted from this form and i can't seem to take it back to the start of the day.  

    Please don't tell me to use the revision history function without further advice on how to navigate it as I have already done this.

    Thank you for reporting us. 

    I checked your form revision history.  Unfortunately, I also did not see the old version on revision history. What I mean is that when you check your revision history and click an update, your form should be seen as how it was after update. 

    For example, You added a widget on 4 January. I clicked this update and I did not see the widget on the form but I should have seen. 


    I also checked your account history in terms of  form modifications. I was unable to see form modifications when I selected all times option. However, I was able to see form modifications when I selected last week option.

    I was going to open a ticket but I realised that you posted another thread for the same issue and a ticket has already been opened. Please follow this thread to hear about updates.
