your free account states 1000 views per month and so on on your plans...

My question is, at what point is the free not free anymore and how would that work?

Is it 1000 views to my landing page that your form resides on?

    Or

is it 1000 times someone clicks on the form?

    or

Is it 1000 times filled out?

please let me know so I know how to proceed.

    Thank You in advance

The view count refers to the number of times a form is loaded.  If a user opens a form, it counts as a view.  This includes forms that are embedded to web pages.  If a form is embedded to a web page with a large amount of traffic, the form would also be received that traffic.

A way around this is to add a link to the form to the web page instead of embedding the form directly.

Free accounts can receive up to 100 regular or 10 payment submissions per month.  That mean 100 different entries could be received through forms or 10 entries that include payments.

If you go over any of those limits, forms would be disabled after a short period of time.  Upgrading to a subscription would immediately restore forms.  Limits also reset for all users on the first day of each calendar month.
