Can I customize the body of the email alert or autoresponder and the Submit Button?

Asked by Syrinx on May 29, 2012 at 10:14 AM

    Hi Dears,

Sorry if this question is quit stupid, i'm a beginner with the database script.

I create a form which contains a table with square choices, 4 columns and 7 rows

When the form is submitted, there is an email sent with the details of the submission at adress jeanfrancois.denis@belgacom.net.

the options allow me to put any field from the submitted form into the mail info ( back to administrator)

And my question : How can I select the {xxx} fields with 4 colums and 7 rows in a readeable format in my html email ?

What's the code to write it

    > parameters of the "submit button", settings, url, email

       > html edition

    for http://form.jotformeu.com/form/21492243454350

Thank you for your answer at jeanfrancois.denis@belgacom.net

Hi, regarding to the customization of the submit button, there are several ways to accomplish this

For example, if you click on the submit button (on the edit view) , you have available a  toolbar where you can:

    1. choose an image for your submit button

    2. Align your submitt button, add a reset and a print button, you can also choose a Button style

    3. Another way to enter into the Submitt button properties, is by clicking on the properties button (right side)

Then you click on Show Properties

Another way to access the Button Style section

Regarding to your question about the matrix being displayed on your email template

You can customize it by using the Word Format Toolbar that comes on the upper side of the email template

But if you will, you can create your template in Word or any other Text Processor, and then paste it into that email template section

Here you have the notification I get into my email inbox with the new email template:

    Hope this guide helps you
