Participants can't access the form

    Hi there. We've been having many problems with Jotform, the newest and most problematic of which is that potential candidates for our program can't open the form on their computers.  While I can open the page in my browser, participants are having trouble.  Please help!!

    I have checked your form over several browsers, and it seems to be loading fine from here. For example, this is in Firefox:

    Can you please provide the exact link that your customers are trying to access when the form fails to load for them? So far, we cannot replicate any issues with your form. Looking forward to your response with any more details you can provide, so we can figure out why your users might be experiencing any issues, and what can be done to resolve it. Thank you.
