Im getting really confused with this form and what I am trying to accomplish. I have read the forms but they are not quite what Im looking for.
Because we have over 75 supervisors here that change often I need the requester to enter in their supervisors email address in one field (which I have created) Once they have filled out the form I need the form to be submitter to the email address the requester has entered in as their supervisor and a notification that the form has been submitted go to the requester. I need a section which I think I have made correctly, for the supervisor to then approve or deny. Then if it is approved I need the form to email(notify) the requester. Our helpdesk will need to be the next email that gets the form for action to start the process (helpdesk@sewanee.edu). If denied the requester and supervisor(email that was entered in field by requester) will need to receive an email notifying them.
Can you help with this????

This is possible with conditional email alerts, please follow the next guide for more information.
How to Send Email Based on User's Answer
Please note that by default we do not send autoresponder emails (to the requester and supervisor in this case) on submission edits. This is also true for conditional autoresponders. You will need to change the 'Send on Edit' option to Yes via Advanced tab of the Autoresponder(s).
If have any follow up questions, please let us know.
