URGENT: Notification email not working

    I've followed the directions to create savable forms (http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later).

    All of a sudden, the notification email that is supposed to contain the link to the personalized form is not working. People fill out their email and do not get a notification email.

    The deadline for my applicants is in 2 days and the first piece of the application process is not working. And I'm paying for premium service!

    Hi,
    It's advisable to change the Sender E-mail from your email address to "noreply@jotform.com" as this helps to ensure that the auto-response is not identified by the recipient's email provider as spam. I have changed the sender e-mail for you.
    I have tested the auto responder and I was able to receive it.
