Form Settings>> Translation: not working in JotForm V4, nothing happens after clicking the enable button.

    In the format you previously had, I was able to change between languages, so I could change to spanish and do a spanish form and if needed then add the translation option to another language. This was useful because if the form was to be kept in spanish, all the warnings would also be in spanish. 

    Now I can´t see that option and on the forms that I already had the translation set On, I cant edit to change to another language, for example, this next form:

    I originaly made it in spanish and added english and french, now i have made some changes and can´t add the translation for those changes and they show in spanish even if I choose the english language...

    please help this form is supposed to go live on Monday!!

    The option is still there, here is how to get to it: 

    Click on Settings>>Form Settings.

    Then click on Show More Options.

    Finally, by clicking the "Enable" button the options to edit the translation should show up:

    However, it appears that nothing happens when the button is clicked. I have reported this to our back-end team. You will be updated via this thread when this gets fixed.

    yes, thankyou, that is exactly what I saw, the button is not working.

    Mean while, is there a way to switch back to your previous jotform format so I can edit the translation???

    To switch to the stable version of the form builder, here's a screenshot that you can follow:


    You'll need to navigate to your Account->Settings page and change the form builder version there.
