Submission Views App

How can I display an uploaded image from the submitted form on my Submission Views App? I feel like this is an easy question, but I can't find any tutorial on how to use Submission View

Basically, you just need to place your mouse cursor where you want the image to show, and then click on the upload field from the Form Fields list:
