I checked your form and you have only one Notifier there, and it is associated with firstname.lastname@example.org:
I initiated a test email as well. I'm not sure how you got the submission to your other email. Only if you had it for a second recipient or one more Notifier. Since from the logs I saw, those same submissions were going to both emails.
If that's the case please let us know.
