I need to create a form for three events, one of which requires payment. Possible?

With our previous system, a form either accepted payment or it did not. Is it possible for me to have a form where I list three events, one of which requires payment? This seems like a conditional situation where if you check one box you are presented with a payment option, but if you check one of the other two boxes you are not.

Thanks for the info. We're still learning this system.

You can do this with JotForm, simply create a condition to show the payment field depending on another fields input or selection, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
