When someone fills out the form we get a notification in the email However the data entered is not there. How do we get the data in our email as well as the notification?

It appears that your form's current notification does not have the proper form field names, which is why the data is not showing up.
To resolve this, you can delete the current notification and setup a new email notification.
The new notification should have the correct format so the data is displayed properly. The form fields in the table should look like the example below.
