How to send email base on location data

we have 2 business locations. Is there a way to allow customers to select a specific location before sending out the email.

The 2 business locations have different email. Is it possible, to have different receiving emails for those forms. 

You can achieve this using conditional email technique.

Example, in your case you can use the Select Your Location field data of your form https://www.jotform.com/63137712779262  as the trigger as to where/whom the email will be sent.
