Many submissions are arriving to the email on the form, which is email@example.com. We've checked the bounce list and it's clean for that address. Today, we had one and yesterday five to the email address. But the count is actually higher. This is happening daily. Today, it stood out. And we should be receiving more as holiday travel picks up.
I checked your email logs and there are 18 emails sent on 12.01.2017 via the form "SDAPCO Landing Page Reservation Form" Id: 31793618182965:
You stated that you received 5 emails on this date. However, from our side, the emails are sent and seem to have reached your email address.
The issue should be related to the email provider of yours. Since we can see here that the emails are reached you, there is a blocking on the provider you use. Hence I have two suggestions for you:
1) Please contact to the email provider you use, and state the issue clearley. Ask them if it is possile to whitelist JotForm default email sender addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com).
2) Try using JotForm or full username as sender name:
Since you have a single last name field on the form, try using JotForm.
If the issue persists after trying my suggestions, please contact us again.
The form worked; but the emails were NOT ALWAYS making it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since this support request…..I believe I found the problem…..It appears that some were going into our JUNK FOLDER.
I think I may have resolved it; however, I would like some advice to assure that this does not get repeated. Please advise.
