DocuSign not authenticating

    I go through the process to attach DocuSign and it won't authenticate.   It says it's verified and then a

    Reauthenticate sign pops up.  


    I have updated my account with DocuSign so that is not the problem.  I contacted them and they said the problem is on Jotform's end.
