Unfortunately, there is no available slider that works like in the site you have provided. However, there can be a work around for it in JotForm. As you mentioned that there is something similar that you have found which is (https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/theme/north-pole), the possible work around is to use a Page Break to make it a multi-page in one form. Please see this guide for more info: How to Create Multi Page Forms.
