Integration with Google Sheet stopped working

After I viewed and added a sheet to the workbook integrated to "2017 Burns Supper Tickets" jot form stopped updating it?

Have you updated the Google Spreadsheet integrated to your form? Updating/Modifying the Google Spreadsheet integrated to your form might break the integration. Please try re-integrating your Google Spreadsheet integration (remove current integration and add integration again) and see if this will fix the issue?
