I was upgraded to a non-profit status with Wounded Warrior Guide Service. I renewed my Bronze level status and updated my credit card information. It said I still was going to have $159 instead of the discounted rate taken out for a yearly subscription on the 18th. It may be that the system just didn't process the change yet, but I wanted to follow up just to make sure the change went through.

I have checked your account. It is seen that your account was scheduled to downgrade in Feb 2, 2015. That's why, you are in Bronze Yearly plan. You can have a look at the Billing page: My account > Billing
Please visit Non-Profit Application page and apply again for the non-profit discount. Provide necessary documents and give us 24 hours to process the request. On the other hand, unfortunately we have no permission to get back your subscription to the non-profit bronze yearly.
