I am still not able to get my data to download and it is getting very close to the training date set so I am in great need of the data so we can prepare for this. I received an email from someone though it still has not corrected the problem. I really need this information can you help?

I see that there is a ticket escalated to the development team from the other thread you have raised (found here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1032736).
With this, I suggest to reply to that thread instead in order to prevent confusion.
We'll let you know one we have update on the thread.
