Is there a way to have an audio file embedded into my form that is a recording of a question?

We are creating a form for Hispanic Americans, some of whom can't read.  We wanted to have an option for them to click button that plays a pre-recorded audio of the question.

We do not have a direct MP3 player in the form builder, but we have the following widgets that you can use as an alternative:

Both requires you to register an account then you have to upload the audio file there. In the widget settings, you have to provide the URL of the audio.
