I have my first complete sales (whay hay!). But the funds are not arriving in paypal although the powertool shows the transaction as complete.
why is this?

Please confirm that these submissions were not completed manually from Pending Submissions.
Have you also received email notifications for these submissions?
I would also recommend you to re-check your PayPal account (make sure that your are checking the correct one) to see if the funds are there. I hope that the following steps may help:
1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click Pay List link under Financial Information.
4. Look for your customer info.
