i downgraded my subscription a few weeks back and i was told i am scheduled to downgrade in january. Now i have seen that you charged me again, so i went and checked online, but the downgrading never went through.
So now i did it again and i am seeing the same message.
How come it did not went through? Can you please help.

I have forwarded this matter to our billing team. They should be able to check this for you and let you know what happen. Your subscription is already canceled so nothing to worry about it by next month.
