Hey Joe, please see my answers interspersed below:

I would like to attach either to the BUTTONS you may see on our website

What you'd use will highly depend on how you want the form to behave after clicking the button you would attach it to:

    1. If you want it to behave as a popup, use the Popup Embed codes. Click PUBLISH at the top of your FORM BUILDER > EMBED tab > POPUP.

    2. Or if you want it to be a modal or a lightbox, then use the Lightbox Embed codes.

    Complete guide: How-to-create-a-lightbox-form

OR on providing from you an HTML Link whixh can be adjusted on our Website background

If you would just embed it inline, within a page, then refer to the following guide below to help you decide which embed method to use.

    Complete guide: Which-form-embed-code-should-I-use

Kindly confirm to us your terms and conditions monthly Subscription.,   I reckon in the beginning we will not have much yet later

I moved this question to a separate thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1034876

We certainly will be needing other forms too OR a modified Flight Booking Form as an Stripe you may see on our Home

And this one has been moved here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1034877

We'll have both threads addressed there shortly.
