Even though I have removed Address 2 and Country from my form, yet Address 2 and Country (all USA) still show up on the excel report. I'm sure you have a way to remove them permanently.

Looks like this feature will only hide the fields in the front-end:
The columns still show when exported to Excel though:
I have forwarded this to our back-end team to see if it's possible to have them not showing when exported to Excel. You will be updated via this thread.

Talked this with our developers and was informed as this was not a bug. Like my colleague BDavid says, the checkbox options only hide the UI part of the form field.
However, I will still categorize this ticket as a feature request to be considered in the future.
For now, you can delete the related columns after the export in excel.
