How can I change the Page Title?

Dear Developers,

If I clone a form the label of the page is not changed however the form name is changed.

It still shows the older form name on the label(or tab) of the web page.

Is there any special field where it can be change or it should updated automatically based on the form name?

According to my understanding, you are wondering how to change form title.

I have cloned your last modified form to my side. I have checked the title but it is remained the same in the preview. Please have a look at the following video:

Actually, "Header" is not the same with "Page Title". You need to change it from the Setup&Embed > Preferences > Advanced > Show More > Page Title.  Please follow the instruction below:

#1-  Click Setup&Embed > Preferences.

#2- Click Advanced > Show More. Find the Page Title in the list and change it according to your need. Finally, Save Changes.
