Some submissions are flagged as "incomplete payments" even though the payment is correct. I do not receive an email when these submissions are flagged and held as incomplete so I would like to fix whatever it is that is causing this. Thank you! ~Laila

Incomplete payments stand for submissions which payment wasn't completed. "
"If the payment is not successful, the submission remains Incomplete."
