    Revision Histoy: My form lost when I recover the last version by my history

    I try to recover the last version by my history version, but when I did this all fields of my form were lost. The weird is when I see the history version...all form is normal.

    I cannot edit this, and my work now is stopped. The name of form changed also.

    Please, I need some help.

    The name now is "Title me" I didn't put this name, also changed like other things.

    I checked your account and I can see that there's an issue in the form you're referring to. You are correct, it just shows "Title Me".

    Please try to log out from your account and then close your browser. After that, please re-open your browser and sign back in to JotForm. Please try to revert to a previous working version again using the Form Revision Tool.

    I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    The developer team is now investigating about this issue. We will update you via this thread once it is fixed. For now, kindly don't use the revision history.

    The restoration issue has been fixed by our developers.
