DateTime entries not showing in email notification after form submission

    I have two DateTime fields in my form, and after two successive test submissions, the data for each of these fields does not show in my email notification. All other fields work fine, just not these DateTime fields. 

    I have settings as follows: Format: ddmmyyyy; Allow time: Yes; Time format: AM/PM; Default time: No; Hover text: Click to edit.

    Not sure what is going wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you tell on which form you have this problem and exactly for which question?

    Guest Form; Questions: Arrival flight date and time; Departure flight date and time.

    However, I've partly fixed the issue - I added a new text notification email and the data for these two fields now shows in that email.

    The data still does not show in the previous HTML notification email, so I will do another HTML notification email and I think the data will then show. I may have added these fields after I configured the HTML notification email. Can't think why this should have affected things, but it seems it just did. Am I thinking along the right path? I will let you know how it goes.

    It looks like you have already resolved this issue. One possible reason is that the field name has changed but since the email was modified manually, the change was not made on the email message. When this happens, you should delete that field from the email, and then re-add it from the right side.
