Google Drive: Why integration has stopped sending submissions to integrated folder?Asked by bluefiregroup on January 16, 2017 at 10:51 PM
However, the integration has just stopped working..
The folder structure should be
GOOGLE DRIVE > BFG SOR / [Project Name] - [time of submission]
But I have just been making submissions and I am not seeing these in this folder. I have gone back and removed and then re-set up the integration twice - but each time I am not seeing the folder being created.
I have a google sheets integration and thats working fine. I just did a test submission - worked fine to sheets. But no folder gets created
I just tested also making the Project Name field unhidden but that did not seem to have any affect either. So currently, the integration to google docs is not working.
I will report this to our second level, our developers will investigate the problem and we will let you know when it is resolved.
Sorry for the trouble. Problems should be fixed now. Please let us know if issue still persists.

So, the folder is now being created - but the folder is empty - ie no PDF or assets are in there
I did a remove and reconnect on the API integration - but still not posting assets
I have checked your form and I can see it works fine on my end, here's a screenshot of the folder created and the submission data:
I noticed in your form that you have integrated your form with Google Spreadsheet as well, in order to troubleshot the integrations, could be possible for you to remove both integrations and try with the Google Drive only?
This will help us to know if having both Google integrations has something to do with the problem you're experiencing.
Please if possible, try it and let us know how it goes.
I did remove all Google Sheets and Drive integrations then did a Drive integration - even used a different folder name too.
Folders are being created but no files being deposited
I then tried this with Dropbox. In this case the folder was created but just the PDF - no images were put in the folder
I changed to use my personal Google Drive account too - but with exactly the same result.
I have tons of space on my google drive - so no issue there
I cloned the form and integrated with my Google Drive account and I could replicate the issue and the folder was empty.
I am forwarding the issue to Development team so they can investigate and fix the issue.
