I am not received submission notifications for my CANCELLATION REQUEST and MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST to my email email@example.com.

Did you change your recipient e-mail from email@example.com to your e-mail? I think, you have change it today and after this changing, your all Notification emails sent to your e-mail address.
