    Download All Uploads / Export Data: Downloaded submissions .zip file is empty altough its size is 186 MB

    Hello,

    Since 2-3 days, uploaded attachments are no longer opening when I click on their links,  for some reason they loose their extensions (.pdf; .doc, etc.) when I download them individually, i now need to manually add their extension to be able to open them.

    Also attachements are no longer showing in my google drive folders, and when I try to download all submissions from the Jot Form interface, the .zip file is empty altough its size is 186 MB ?

    I am not currently able to reproduce the issue with missing file extensions and google drive uploads. Could you please try with any other browser to see if that makes any differences with file extensions?

    However, I was able to reproduce the issue with invalid archive from 'download your data' section. A bug report ticket has been escalated to our developers, and we will let you know once we have any updates on this.

    Hello,
    For your information I opened the .zip archive on a Macintosh computer and
    it worked, all the files were visible.
    I will try later with another browser to see if the file extensions are
    missing.
    I made the integration a second time with Google Drive and this time it
    works, the attachments where all there! The folders are created by name +
    submission ID, instead of just name. Perhaps when people filled the form
    twice with the same name it conflicted with the Google Drive integration.
